A one day in-class with home pre-class reading and post-class review teaching you how to easily incorporate acupressure into your practice. Learn the basic theory of eastern medicine plus treatments for back pain, neck pain, headaches, and stress. Included with your fee is a patented Acupointer that allows you to do acupressure with minimal stress to your body.

A one day in-class course with home pre-class reading and post-class review for those that have completed Acupressure Level 1. You will learn the basics of Eastern Medicine expanding on Yin/Yang Theory as applied to physical dysfunction and disease, plus treatments for shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist pain, fatigue and sinusitis. This class will also cover how to incorporate, press tacks and press seeds into your practice.
Course OutlineTherapeutic Ultrasound 7.0 CEUs CMTO (Category B)
This is a one day certificate course with pre-class reading and post-class supervision. Ultrasound is the perfect complement to a massage or physical therapy practice. Ultrasound waves are a vibrational energy that soften hard, fibrous tissue allowing you to massage and remodel the tissue so much easier and more effectively. The vibrations of the ultrasound also enhance the healing of the injured tissue allowing your clients to get better faster!

This is a one day certificate course with pre-class reading and post-class supervision. Electrotherapy has been commonly used in physical therapy for 50 years. It involves stimulating the subcutaneous nerves with a mild electrical current to elicit therapeutic effects. In this course you will learn how to use the two most popular electrotherapy modalities; Interferential Current (IFC) and TENS – to help reduce pain, muscle spasm and assist with your drainage techniques.

From the Mayans to the Ancient Chinese light has been used to heal injuries and disease. Modern science has changed the way this photonic energy (light) is created and delivered but the underlying affects are the same. This is a one day certificate course that will teach you what light is, the difference between laser (LLLT) and LEDT, the effects of Laser and LEDT, clinical application and specific protocols for pain and tissue healing. Light therapy is the perfect complement to a massage or physical therapy practice because it is incredibly fast and effective and can be used for virtually every injury or condition that you see. It is also now very affordable and you will learn a variety of options to fit your budget.
Course OutlineCosmetic Acupressure for Scars, Skin Pathology, and Stress. 4.0 CEUs CMTO (Category A)
Learn a simple and effective facial regime based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and aromatherapy that helps reduce the signs of facial scars and/or skin pathology as well as stress and aging. You will learn how to incorporate this regime into your practice as well as giving you the confidence to teach the routine to you clients for home care. The regime combines acupressure massage with the blending of problem-specific facial oils, as well as examination of other modalities such as gua sha and micro-needling.

This is an initial introduction to professional Japanese Zen Shiatsu Reflexology of the hands and feet. Nowadays it is widely used in Japan, Korea and Europe as professional micro-needle acupuncture, moxibustion or micro-tsubo point massage with the application of gold/silver pellets, magnets, laser light, seeds etc.
